Was husband wrongfully terminated according to Oklahoma laws?

Husband was working for a company with the headquarters out of Colorado, but employing employees to do work in Oklahoma. He was working on an oil rig. While working husband went unconscious and had a seizure according to what the other workers told the ambulance and the hospital. Company told him that he could not come back to work until he had a diagnosis and a cure. Have had many tests done and no diagnosis, and no cure. This only happened 1 time, and doctors say it was due to stress. He was permanent, had benefits, now the keyword is (had). Since this happened around the 19th of Aug., we have found out that the Drilling Super. put him down as terminated, but rehireable when a job opening comes up. Is there anything legally that can be done, is he entitled to any sort of pay while he is trying to find a solution to all of this? The company wants him to have a complete neurological work up done, but who will pay for that? If anyone can help, please I would appreciate any answers.
